1. Minimum plot area is 2500 sq feet and out of which the 1500 sq feet must be constructed.

2. The house intended to open Maharishi Kids Home [MKH] must be preferably in the ground floor considering the safety of the kids,as per vastu norms i.e either facing true east or true north.

3. One should have suitably audio visual equipment, Library.

4. Indoor outdoor play facilities.

5. Trained and experienced NTT Staff.

6. Teaching Staff, support staff and principal must be necessarily women candidates.

7. Safe Drinking Water facility.

8. Toilet suiting to the need of the kids.

9. Furniture must be free of sharp edges and must be comfortable for the kids.

10. Bus/van facility for ferrying the kids with safety preferably with women attendant.

11. Toys must be soft and free of toxic material.

12. Maharishi kids Home [MKH] must have nice Principal room, Staff Room.

13. Well decorated/Painted class rooms suiting to the taste of kids i.e Animal characters, Good inspirational mythological characters, inspirational stories to introduce traditional glories.

14. Activity based learning so the teacher must sing, dance, play with the kids.

15. Good financial record of the franchisee applicant to meet all the requirement.

PRE-REQUISITE OF MAHARISHI KIDS HOME

Selection of location must be easily accessible i.e. within city, colony, block, tahshil, township and district. Other Requirement:-
• Minimum 2,500sq.ft. land.

• Furniture must be free of roughened edges thus ensuring absence of hurting to children, it should be colourfull and comfortable.

• Toys must be soft and made of non toxic material.

• Properly maintained playground.

• Rooms must be decorated with good taste suiting children’s like paintings of Animals.

• Comic Character Alphabets based on Indian cultural themes.
